Stinger sinks inside

Flesh itching, swelling, on fire

Only flowers smile

There was a young man from Truckee

Who had a house full of bees.

He turned up his nose,

And turned on his hose,

So they stung him until he did wheeze.

Spring

Happy days are here again.

The trees unbend magnificently

And the sap flows like fantasy.

The leaves send to the sky

A flicker of new life,

And the trees stand tall, for all to see.

The days are growing longer.

The bears leave their sleep behind

And after finding food, grow stronger.

Fat is gone from their harry hides,

As they start life a hunter,

And flex their massive muscles.

Bear

Do not rouse the bear.

Do not pluck his hair.

Do not pull his tail.

Do not make him wail.

For he will wake,

And instantly take

The smile right

Off of your face.

The was a young lady from Burbank

Who remarked that the talk show was rank

She attempted to flee like a bear stung by a bee

When reminded it was her writing that stank
